week 28 - Protagonist "final"

I will go over her one last time, to add the back view and smooth out some details, but I have been delaying the update long enough, so here she is.

-The "cutesy" style was not working out; Eva looked like a young child and her proportions were off.

-Reduced the baggy-ness and changed the elements on the pants. The "inverted leg" look that is supposed to resemble that of a bird is still present, but the old design made it very difficult to read her actual proportions.

-She now has a toolbelt/apron that she wears on her back. To hold on to her weapon and ammunition.

-Her jacket is no longer missing an arm. Looked too rugged.

-Her shoulder guard is modified now to go along with her new weapon.

-The rings on her back that activated the glider wings are now two golden handles on either side of her chest. Having the activators on the back was not practical.

-Replaced her rifle with a special bow. The rifle was thematically off putting, and was too unwieldy for an agile character. The new weapon is a bow with machinations implemented to shoot off special "magical" bullets.

week 25 - digital - studies - slight Eva update

I think I have finally managed to draw Eva (protagonist) the way I envisioned - and I don't like it. Some elements, such as the baggy pants, simply aren't working. Also her face is just... Off. I decided to study pants and faces, starting with legs.
